They showed up on time and made sure everything was measured properly. The prices were way better than the big name competitors, but I believe their work is also better. We’ve had our windows for over a year and we’ve had issues since day 1. Getting the owner to come out and see the issues is next to impossible.
Since installation, we’ve had torn screens, silicone smears on the windows, closing & locking the windows is a work out in itself because they’re almost misaligned.
We noticed the silicone smears & screen tears since installation, when we tried reaching out to Don, he said he’d come out and then blew off the time. When we confronted him, he said he was too busy and to just tell him which screens they were and he’d have new ones sent over.
Never happened.
All attempts to contact him have gone unanswered. We’re incredibly frustrated with our brand new windows that don’t lock. We’ve now noticed imperfections in the window while we were cleaning them.
Chances of us getting replacements will be slim to none and that’s been money wasted.
Go somewhere else.

After receiving 6 quotes to replace 30 windows in my house I went with American Windows and Siding, because I liked the product, they were local and their price was very competitive. After signing, Andy came out for final measurements and was meticulous with every detail (I wanted spacing the new window grids to match the old ones). Once the windows were made, Andy and Dalton worked incredibly efficiently to replace my entire 2nd floor in one day, and the rest of the house and all trim within three days total. My house is painted a custom color, and Andy was even able to find a near perfect color matched caulk for where the window trim meets the siding. We did have some windows delivered with scratched glass and Don stayed on top of it to make sure it was replaced ASAP. Overall I’m glad I was able to do business with a local company that cares as much as I do about small details.

This company is very unprofessional and extremely unreliable. I have talked to Scott and Don, who is the owner and chose them to install my windows. Casement Windows were a good quality, but the customer service was a joke. We had a problem with one of out windows that had to be replaced and even though we have a life time warranty they refused to come out and fix it. I have called them numerous times and was ghosted. I had to reach out to the manufacture, Lindsey Windows. American Windows and Siding, Inc. said they did want to take someone off a job to fix out window because we lived too far. We didn't live too far when it come to picking up the check. This company is a waste of your time and money. We highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
